This collaboration is no coincidence: in recent years, we have already been able to provide Roelofs with innovative solutions, such as the fully electric EarX 26-2 tandem rollers. With the arrival of the EABg 4820, we are taking a new step together towards emission-free road construction.
The very first 100% electric asphalt spreader from Ammann/ABG, straight from the factory. No prototype, no conversion, but completely factory-made.For Roelofs this means:
· Unprecedented capacity: A 270 kW (3 x 90 kW) battery pack, good for a full working day without emissions.
· Maximum uptime: Thanks to the 160kW DC fast charging option, the machine can recharge enough in one hour to go on for hours.
· Trusted quality: Equipped with the standard VB78 screed, good for a working width of 5 to 6.5 meters.
The best thing about this innovation? The controls remain completely familiar. Ammann/ABG has kept the operating concept 100% identical to the diesel variant. Get in, start and work as usual, but in a whisper.
And the very best part? This machine works completely emission-free. Perform at the highest level while keeping the world clean around us.
