Proven success in zero-emission construction!

We are proud to have delivered another fully electric combination. It is a Volvo FM Electric 4x2, supplied by Van Dijk Trucks, combined with our Burtec TSU 4500 L spray unit and a BB 235/80S rotary broom. This is the second electric spray unit we have delivered to Heijmans, confirming that our electric builds are more than proving their worth in daily operations.


Some highlights of this Burtec build:

> 100% Electric drive: Both the truck and the entire build operate completely electrically and quietly.

>Durable 3,000 L stainless steel emulsion tank: Optimally conditioned thanks to double insulation and equipped with 2x 15 kW electric tank heating with a connection to the mains power grid and speed-dependent automatic spray control.

>Powerful rotary broom: Powered via the ePTO, including infinitely variable speed, side-shift, and clockwise or counter-clockwise rotation.

>Optimal equipment and safety: Includes 125 bar high-pressure water sprayer, 1,500 L water tank, smart AI 360° camera system, extensive LED lighting package with Heijmans-specific safety flashers, and smart storage compartments.
