Delivery of Emulsion Spray Truck to Koninklijke Sjouke Dijkstra

The unit is built on a Volvo FM 420 4x2 BL, supplied by Nijwa BV, and features a 3,500-liter emulsion tank. Thanks to the automatic spray control, linked to the driving speed, the emulsion can be applied accurately and efficiently. The hydraulically extendable spray bar has 20 nozzles and can be extended 1,250 mm on both sides. Additionally, the vehicle is equipped with, among other things:

> A high-pressure water system delivering 150 liters per minute at 125 bar
> Water, diesel, AdBlue, and cleaning agent provisions
> A hydraulically driven screw compressor
> Working width up to approximately 5 meters
> Extensive LED work and safety lighting
> Camera and 360° camera systems
> TÜV certificationThe spray truck is used in combination with a BB 235/80S rotary broom. This broom is equipped with a high-pressure water spray line and seven nozzles, allowing cleaning and spraying to be performed efficiently in a single pass.
